Create Support Ticket
Once you are redirected to the Syneteks Support Center, you will be able to either Open A New Ticket or Check Ticket Status of a previously submitted ticket.
- Open A New Ticket – simply fill out the required fields and at the bottom of the page, click “Create Ticket”
- Check Ticket Status – if you are a registered user, login to your account. From there you will be able to access all previously submitted tickets as well as create a new ticket.
- Check Ticket Status – if you are not a registered user, you have the choice of registering for a free account or have a link emailed to you to view your ticket status by providing your email and ticket number. (Your ticket number should be included in the confirmation email you received when the ticket was first created)
